Front Desk Receptionist

We're seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community-oriented fitness club. This part-time role (5-15 hours/week with room to grow) is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

You will be asked to work morning (~10am-2pm) or evening (~4pm-8pm) shifts, including weekends. Prior experience in fitness environments or customer service is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Greet members with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their fitness journey.
• Assist with phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing stellar customer service.
• Manage memberships and trainer schedules using our software.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement.
• Ensure our gym is welcoming and tidy, performing light facility upkeep (we have a dedicated cleaner).
• Document and communicate notable occurrences to the team.
