Front Desk Receptionist/Weekend

SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS - $500

New Jersey Eastern Star Home is a trusted not-for-profit, long-term care and sub-acute rehab center located in Bridgewater, NJ. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist for every other weekend, 9am - 5pm..

Responsible for visitor and telephone reception, along with general clerical duties.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Reliable
• Pleasant manner and interpersonal skills to answer the phone, greet and direct visitors, assist residents and interact professionally with all staff.
• General office skills including computer proficiency - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable and perform a variety of assignments upon request.
• Experience with electronic medical records a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.
