Your Role:
As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will lead by example, overseeing the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain operational standards, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including table management, reservations, and customer flow.
• Provide hands-on support during service to uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain operational procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the front-of-house area.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and team-oriented work culture.

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
