  • Has good communication skills
  • Has interpersonal skills
  • Has customer service skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and monitor activities of all front desk staff and concierge
  • Provide front desk staff with necessary training and support as directed by the management
  • Handles guest complain and request
