Now hiring FULL TIME FedEx Delivery drivers for the Cedar Rapids area. This is a position that may require you to work a Saturday, depending on the route.

**MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY, ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL, DRUG SCREEN AND HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND CRIMINAL RECORD WITHIN PAST 10 YEARS.

We are looking for high energy drivers with at least one year of any driving experience except personal, to join our team. The individual must have a strong work ethic, be punctual and have a continuous drive to succeed.

In your role as a FedEx driver, you would report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where you will load your truck (or depending on the route, the truck will be loaded for you), deliver and pick up packages on a designated route, before returning the truck to the terminal at day's end.

Your responsibilities include: scanning, delivering/picking up packages, pre and post trip vehicle inspection daily, and superior customer service delivering The Purple Promise.

The daily pay rate is supplemented with STOP BONUS PAY, paid weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1.) VERIFIABLE driving experience not mandatory but will train if needed
• 2.) Must have at least a Class C License.
• 3.) Legal status to work in the USA
• 4.) Clean driving record (no DUI's, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in the past 3 years...minor tickets and accidents OK)
• 5.) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in the past 10 years)
• 6.) Able to pass physical (including drug test)
• 7.) Clear a 10 year DOT background check (if Applicable)
• 8.) Must have conversational English
• 9.) Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest
• 10.) Must be at least 21 years of age

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be willing to drive and work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance & 150 pounds with assistance utilizing a hand truck/dolly.
• Must be able to lift, bend, carry and load packages
• Must be physically capable of getting in and out of a truck for deliveries multiple times a day.
