The Opportunity Tabu Tapas is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Kitchen Porter to join our team in Thomastown. As the backbone of our kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service runs smoothly and our high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

We are a small, dedicated team that takes great pride in our food and our atmosphere. We are looking for a committed individual who takes their work seriously and wants to be a key part of our daily operations.

Schedule & Commitment

This is a full-time position with a focused schedule from Thursday to Sunday.

Your Responsibilities

• Kitchen Support: Manage the washing of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment to keep the service moving efficiently.
• Maintenance: Ensure all work surfaces and food prep areas are cleaned and sanitized throughout the day.
• Cleaning: Responsible for sweeping and mopping restaurant floors, as well as a thorough clean-down of the kitchen each evening.
• Organization: Help manage waste and recycling areas to keep the workspace tidy and safe.
