Description
SE Systems are currently seeking a Full Time Solar Installation Office Administrator for our office based in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great scope for career advancement within the company. You will work alongside our clients and help teams to complete large scale projects. This is a fully office-based role at our offices at Dublin Hill Cork.

Role Description:
- Liaising with clients and Project managers as to timing and status of works
- Liaising with subcontractors as to timing and status of works
- Develop and maintain relationships with Client’s to support the activities and maintain positive relations.
- Collecting and filing all mandatory paperwork in order to complete the projects
- Create and update records and databases
- Interacting and reporting directly to management
- Assisting Project Managers with delivery when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous construction experience desired but not essential
- Strong computer skills
- Great attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with competence to manage multiple priorities at once.
