Full Time Wait Waiter /Waitress

We are looking for experienced full time Waiter/Waitress to join our small team

PROBYS kitchen is a stylish eatery near Cork's St Finbarr's cathedral with an eclectic menu which will appeal to those who share our passion at this little world’s diverse cuisines and ingredients.

The team behind PROBYS are Pat the head chef who was up to recently a teacher at Ballymaloe Cookery School along with Marianne & Denis who run Cafe Gusto and Liberty Grill who all shared belief of cooking from scratch with seasonal sustainable ingredients

We are particularly keen on staff with barista, wine and supervisory experience

This will not suit those with daytime commitments during the week and will include Saturday availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
