We are looking for a proactive individual committed to excellence who will:
– Perform daily fund accounting and administration tasks, including fund dealing services, NAV oversight, FATCA/CRS support, and coordination of fund audits.
– Support fund operations for subscriptions, redemptions and TA account setup for 3rd party wholesale business activities,
– Support HK/SG fund product launches, terminations projects.
– Oversee administrators’ daily NAV calculations, monitor variances, swing pricing, and large redemptions.
– Review and coordinate financial statement preparation and periodic regulatory reporting.
– Support fee accruals, expense monitoring, total expense ratio calculations, dividend distributions, invoices handling and other key operational metrics.
– Take on and embrace additional responsibilities as required by your manager to support business growth and learning development.

You will join the Traditional Operations - Fund Accounting and Administration team within the COO Team at UBS Asset Management in Singapore. The team is responsible for fund-level accounting services, including NAV and service provider oversight, fund audits, financial and regulatory reporting, fund governance, and other related activities for UBS AM Hong Kong and UBS AM Singapore managed traditional funds including equity, fixed income, and multi-asset funds. The team is tasked with ensuring that the accuracy and quality of data and reporting produced both internally and externally meets all standards and requirements.

– Ideally, 3+ years of fund accounting experience in asset management or related industries
– Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or accounting
– Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
– Experience in HK SFC fund regulatory reporting is an advantage
– AEI/FATCA knowledge useful
– High level of personal responsibility with an independent, proactive working approach
– Proficient Excel skills
– Integrity, loyalty, and team spirit
– Flexible and able to work well under time pressure
– Motivated by a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
– Eager to learn and continuously improve your skill set
