Furniture Pickup & Delivery Crew Member

ZABS Place, a non-profit thrift boutique in Matthews, NC is looking to hire courteous service oriented individuals to pickup furniture donations and/or deliver furniture purchases. This position is 1 day/week and has scheduling flexibility to work around your existing schedule. There is potential for growth with additional hours.

Ability to lift heavy things is a requirement. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator who is respectful, self-motivated, punctual, has a great space concept and is hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle to pickup donated furniture.
• Drive vehicle to deliver purchased furniture to ZABS customers.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule.
• Carefully load and unload furniture to be picked up and delivered.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager.
• Complete logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean background check & driving record
• Experience driving cargo van or small truck
• Punctuality and reliability
