We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations while gaining valuable experience in the field.

Duties

• Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders
• Assemble products requiring assembly (on-the-job training provided)
• Assist customers with product inquiries and order pickups
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Help receive and stock incoming inventory
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines on the job site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
