General Labourer

We are growing and looking to bring on 2–3 motivated individuals to join our installation and chimney sweep crews. This is a hands-on, physical role working Monday to Friday. It's an entry-level position, but for the right people it comes with a clear path toward trade apprenticeship training within our company.

What you'll be doing:

• Working alongside our installation and sweep crews on residential and commercial jobs
• Working on rooftops and at heights (comfort with heights is a must)
• Assisting with fireplace and chimney installations and cleanings, including basic framing and carpentry tasks
• Lifting and moving materials (up to 100 lbs)
• Using a variety of construction tools safely and effectively
• Driving to job sites (company vehicle — clean driving record required)

What we're looking for:

• Someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn a trade
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Able to lift 100 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Some construction, framing, or carpentry experience is a strong asset
• Familiarity with common construction tools
• Clean driving record
• Bondable (criminal record check will be required)
