General Labourer (Ft)

Target Recycling Services Inc. is an established recycling and waste solutions company operating out of Ajax, Ontario.

We are excited to announce that we are now seeking a Grinder Operator to start immediately and join our growing team. This is a full time position on a rotating schedule of week 1 (5 days) Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and week 2 (6 days) for Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm with overtime after 44 hours per week. Target is looking for hard working individuals to operate a horizontal baler, and plastic shredder/grinder machinery. You will be sorting different types of plastic to feed into a baler or shredder/grinder, experience with plastic is preferred. Although this is our entry level position, we offer a lot of advancement opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate horizontal baler, & shredder/grinder
• Must be able to lift up to 50 LBs
• Sort plastics and other material
• Basic addition and subtraction
• Labeling products
• Perform other tasks as they arise and directed by Warehouse Manager
