Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a General Manager or similar leadership role in residential construction. 5+ years relevant experience required.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to effectively use BuilderTrend and/ or other project management software.

• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a collaborative team.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
