The Role You’ll Play
- As General Manager – European Luxury Automotive Dealerships, you will be at the helm of a flagship operation, driving excellence in all facets of the business. You will shape the dealership’s vision, lead a dynamic team, and set a standard of luxury customer service while ensuring outstanding profitability and operational efficiency. Your strategic leadership will solidify the dealership's position as a premier destination for high-end automotive customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute strategies to exceed sales, service, and profitability goals, setting benchmarks for operational excellence.
- Luxury Brand Management: Establish and uphold the dealership’s reputation as a premium luxury brand by ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent achievement of KPIs.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and professionalism.
- Financial Oversight: Drive profitability through meticulous budget planning, performance analysis, and cost management.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional, tailored experience that fosters loyalty among high-net-worth individuals and luxury vehicle enthusiasts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with European automotive standards and regulations, maintaining a spotless operational record.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth, including strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and revenue diversification.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in managing luxury automotive dealerships, with expertise in the European market.

- Impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of European luxury automotive trends, regulatory frameworks, and customer expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or dealership management.
- Multilingual proficiency, with fluency in English and at least one other European language.
- Expertise in Chinese electric vehicles, including direct experience importing and marketing premium Chinese automotive brands in Europe.
