General Manager - Logistics

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the Contract Logistics and Transport division. This individual will play a crucial role in contributing to overall business objectives, including the 3C's Behavior Model and Kaizen Mindset, into the organization.

A general logistics manager is responsible for overseeing an organization's supply chain. They manage the storage, distribution, and transportation of goods and ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Plan and manage: Develop strategies for logistics, transportation, warehousing, and customer service
• Coordinate: Manage the order cycle from start to finish
• Communicate: Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Monitor: Track stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs
• Analyze: Use data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Report: Provide updates to senior managers on progress, plans, and issues
• Ensure compliance: Follow laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Manage budgets: Monitor and manage budgets, and ensure purchases are within budget
• Select carriers: Choose transportation carriers, and negotiate rates and contracts
• Resolve issues: Respond to and resolve complaints and problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
