General Manager, Philippines & Guam

Position

The General Manager leads the Country Management Team (Client Development, Communications, Retail Excellence, Finance, HR) and Retail Management Team (Store Managers, Team Managers) in driving luxury lifestyle in a diverse and promising market.

Job responsibilities

In the Philippines, we have a network of 3 distinct stores, including the flagship at Greenbelt Manila, a resort-oriented store Solaire Manila, and our recently opened store at Nustar Cebu. In Guam, we operate 1 store. Each store is a pioneer in their field, and represents the best-in-class in retail excellence.

You will partner closely with country, regional teams and various stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies to meet commercial goals, and achieve our aspiration of expanding the Louis Vuitton lifestyle in one of our most promising Markets.

As an experienced leader, you will instill a high-performance culture and build an environment where you can attract, retain and develop talent. You keep abreast of latest client, luxury and business developments, and identify potential growth opportunities. In Louis Vuitton, all business activities are conducted with strict compliance to policies and regulations.

You should have outstanding track record in leading commercial success and building client-centricity within an international & fast-paced business environment. You are a transformational leader with the ability to spot and develop potential in this exciting market, and engage clients with groundbreaking events/initiatives. You are also a talent advocate, attracting and developing the best to work for the best.

We are open to international profiles. An understanding of the Philippines and/or the broader Asian market is ideal, with experience in a luxury brand or in a luxury service environment.

The role is based in Manila, working alongside the regional office based in Singapore.
