You will build connections with managers and employees across the world, both in our offices and at our ground stations. As a member of our HR team Global Business, you will work closely with colleagues in Sweden and Chile but also be part of a global team of ambitious HR professionals spread across multiple countries. Your role involves supporting managers and employees, locally and globally, as we work together to attract, develop, and retain our valued team members.
Your responsibilities encompass management support, labor law and negotiations, compensation & benefits, performance management, strategic competence development planning and talent management.
We are currently implementing a global HR system (HiBob) to further boost our global collaboration. This is a project you will also be involved in, as it will be further developed and refined over the coming year.
YOUR ROLE
As an HRBP for our Global Business, you will play an important role in shaping the employee journey for our employees in multiple countries. This requires a hands-on approach and the ability to go from strategic to operational and solution oriented.
Your role involves supporting managers and employees, locally and globally, as we work together to attract, develop, and retain our valued team members.
- Leadership support: Provide coaching and support to local management to enhance leadership skills, team dynamics, and performance management.
- Global WOW: Collaborate with the global HR team to refine and implement global HR ways of working and processes in the countries we support. Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's global HR strategy.
- HR Operations and Development: Provide HR guidance and hands-on support in areas such as performance and organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Labor Law Compliance: Provide guidance and support to managers on legal matters and representing the company in union negotiations where applicable.
- Comp & Ben: Facilitate and support compensation and benefits planning, ensuring our salaries and benefits are competitive, appropriate, and aligned with both global standards and local expectations..
- Support managers in Talent strategies while also stepping in to support practical hiring activities when needed.
The role also involves administrative tasks related to these processes.
WHO YOU ARE
- With solid experience in HR, preferably from an IT or engineering environment, you are comfortable taking initiatives and working independently, yet you thrive when collaborating in an international HR team.
- Expertise in Labor Law: Good proficiency in negotiating with trade unions in Sweden, with knowledge and experience from additional countries being a big plus.

- International Mindset: You have a background in complex, international matrix organizations, bringing in an international mindset enabling effective cross-cultural collaboration.

YOU ALSO BRING:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Alternatively BS in Business or Economics with additional courses and training in HR.
- At least 4 years of experience as HR Business Partner
- Fluency in English and Swedish.

This position requires a background check and security interview as a condition of employment.
