Compensation Range: 75,000-88,000

Cella is seeking a talented and experienced Global Product Marketing Manager to join the global marketing team at our client, an infrastructure equipment supplier specializing in tower and obstruction lighting solutions, as well as remote-asset monitoring systems for the aviation, broadcast, and utility industries.

This is a salaried 12-month contract opportunity based in Franklin, Tennessee.

The Global Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with Product Management and Sales to execute strategic product launches and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring high standards and effective market communication.

Specifically, this person will be responsible for the marine division, a global leader in marine lighting, navigation buoys, and port entry systems. Combining legacy brands like Sealite, Sabik, and Avlite, the company provides infrastructure solutions for safe maritime navigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow safe work practices and procedures, ensuring a "safety first" culture in every task undertaken.
  • Manage the process of engaging, communicating, and training internal teams on new product marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and execute a comprehensive global product marketing communication plan to support product launches and growth.
  • Drive the product commercialization marketing effort as part of the extended global AtoN marketing team.
  • Maintain market awareness and develop solutions to meet market segment requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to support key projects and sales opportunities by designing impactful content.
  • Develop a comprehensive content roadmap to enhance product awareness around global marine product and service offerings.
  • Work with the global marketing team to ensure all product literature is current and accurate.
  • Work closely with key partners to distribute premium content across multiple social media and editorial platforms.
  • Liaise with the team to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage and support key events alongside the marketing team.
  • Support the marine vertical in global marketing activities. Primary marketing contact for the Europe region for events, advertising, sponsorship and merchandise, etc.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Collaborate within the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably directed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar B2B product marketing role.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and advertising (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Proficient with data analysis and identifying trends.
  • Excellent copywriting skills (must be fluent in English); proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust analytical and project management abilities.
  • Experience in developing fully integrated marketing plans focused on the customer journey.
  • Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, capable of initiating and managing new projects that support team goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in all tasks.
  • Experience in graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools are highly appreciated.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Facebook Business Manager a plus.
