Along with HR leadership, the Project Manager:
- supports strategic workforce initiatives across the company
- is responsible for planning, executing, and driving strategic projects
- ensures project alignment with our business goals and delivering measurable impact
What you’ll be doing:
- Support HR leadership in designing and implementing strategic HR projects (e.g., Talent development, Skill based organization, Data/AI upskilling plans, organizational evolution)
- Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing business needs and HR trends
- Develop innovative solutions aligned with the company’s global strategy.
Project Management
- Plan and organize HR projects: Define objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate stakeholders (business and HR, global and local teams, external partners) to ensure collaboration and alignment.
- Oversee execution: Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve roadblocks.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive decision-making and alignment.
- Ensure project compliance with local and international labor regulations with the support of HR legal experts
Strategic Alignment and Measurable Impact – along with HR leadership
- Ensure projects align with business goals
- Define KPIs to measure project impact (e.g., retention rates, employee satisfaction, process efficiency).
- Report regularly to HR leadership and steering committees on results and adjustments.
Change Management and Communication
- Develop communication plans tailored to diverse cultures and organizational levels.
- Train and raise awareness among managers and teams about changes
- Address resistance and foster project adoption.
What you’ll bring:
Leadership and Influence
- Ability to align teams toward common goals and foster collaboration
- Understanding of market trends (technical innovation, organization design, skills, future of work practices)
Communication
- Clear, concise, and adaptable communication (written and verbal)
- Presentation skills for executive audiences
- English mandatory, French and Spanish are a plus
Analytical and problem-solving
- Critical thinking and root cause analysis
- Ability to translate complex HR challenges into actionable plans
- Strong ability to analyze and use HR data, KPI and insights to identify business and workforce challenges and opportunities to support and facilitate decision making
Adaptability and Resilience
- Comfort with uncertainty and evolving priorities
- Cultural sensivity and global mindset
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and able to deliver results through others
- Experience working internationally in a global role in a balanced matrix organizational structure
Knowledge of Insurance and Assistance sector is a plus
