Global Web Parts Order Ecommerce Support
Responsibilities :
Job Description: This role is responsible for activities necessary to support our accounts and customers using the Global Web Parts Order sites.
Role/Responsibilities:
  • Web Parts Order Sites:
    • Responsible for gathering the WPO portal requirements
    • Provided the requirements to the WPO Content Admin
    • Managing any special projects needed for WPO
    • Managing the migration of the existing WPO accounts to Magento
    • Responsible for supporting the Lexmark Parts Center questions and site issue
    • Responsible for supporting the WPO user for login and order placement
    • Manage a list of all active WPO customer accounts
  • Reporting
    • Creates the weekly and monthly reports for WPO Sites
      • Sales by revenue by country
      • Sales by part number
      • Sales by customer accounts
      • Customer service report
Skills:
  • Exemplary phone skills

  • Project management skills a plus
  • Communicates well through email
  • Web experience and knowledge
  • Works well independently and with a cross-functional team
Systems:
  • Global Web Order Status
  • Service Now ticketing system
  • Adobe Workfront
  • Adobe Magento/Adobe Commerce
  • Lexmark Service Parts Database (LSPD)
  • Web Parts Ordering (WPO)
Expectation:
  • Willing to work on Night Shift (North America Time Zone)
