Role accountabilities:
Joining our Drainage team within the Highways business will see you contributing to major road, highway, rail, and civil structures projects. You will work alongside an established team that provides specialist drainage advice to government and contractor clients. You will also be supported and mentored by experienced Associate Technical Directors and Technical Directors as you build your technical capability and project experience.

Qualification & Experience:

Above all, you are motivated by improving quality of life. You share our values of People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. You will also bring:
