The Role:
We are seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career in human resources within a fast-paced and growing company. You will support the HR function across multiple sites, gaining exposure to all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding
• Support employee relations, including queries, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive workplace culture
• Assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and employee records
• Contribute to performance management, training, and development initiatives
• Support HR projects and business initiatives as required
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies

Person Specification:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in the automotive or retail industry is an advantage, but not essential
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office
• Full clean driving licence
