Graphic and Webpage Designer
Family First is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic and Webpage Designer to lead the visual identity and digital presentation across our portfolio of brands. This role will bridge the gap between high-impact marketing assets and functional web design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for the millions of families we serve.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite with a deep understanding of modern web design principles and conversion-focused marketing.
Role Overview
The Graphic and Webpage Designer will develop and execute comprehensive visual strategies across our family of brands, including All Pro Dad, iMOM, and For Us Marriage. You will be responsible for creating a wide array of digital assets, from social media graphics and email templates to high-converting landing pages.
- Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and display advertising that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Web Design & UX: Collaborate with web development and analytics teams to design, prototype, and optimize landing pages that improve conversion rates and user flow.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive voice and aesthetic for all mission-driven content.
- Creative Collaboration: Serve as a key partner to the content and marketing teams, translating strategic goals into effective visual acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Testing & Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance user experience through A/B testing of visual elements and landing page layouts.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic and web design within a marketing or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating digital advertising assets and functional, responsive web layouts.
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles, mobile-first design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and trends to make informed design adjustments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate creative deliverables across multiple brands and teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the nonprofit sector or with mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with landing page builders or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience designing for lead generation and email subscriber acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of video/motion graphics for social platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
