Graphic Design Coordinator (Remote Work)

Job Description

• Quality Assurance – Conduct thorough quality checks on draft submissions from graphic designers using standardized checklists.
• Color & Print Verification – Ensure all images accurately reflect approved colors, prints, and design specifications.
• Feedback & Improvement – Provide constructive feedback to enhance visuals and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Project Brief Development – Create clear and comprehensive project briefs that maintain adherence to design criteria and brand standards.
• Brand Consistency – Uphold consistency in design elements, including color, typography, and overall brand aesthetics.
• Asset Organization – Accurately organize, upload, and maintain final images for efficient retrieval and use.
• Team Coordination – Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects.

Requirements

• Remote position with Monday to Friday working hours, 9am to 6pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
• Training will be provided.
• Must have the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• A coachable and fast-learning attitude is necessary.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication is essential.
• Strong multitasking and project prioritization skills are required to meet deadlines.
• A stable internet connection and reliable laptop are essential.
