About the role

Our dedicated team Springlands Lifestyle Village are looking for a Grounds Person to join us in maintaining a clean and attractive community environment for our residents.

This in an entry level role. It requires a motivated and reliable person with a 'can-do, will-do' attitude, who has the ability to work well in a team but who can also work with minimal supervision. You will assist with the general upkeep of the grounds and do gardening, along with occasionally assisting the maintenance team.

The role is for 16 hours per week during business hours- days/hours are flexible

Some of the great things you will be doing:

• Rubbish removal and recycling management
• General garden tidy-up such as removal of leaves
• Water blasting of paving areas
• Planting
• Providing general assistance to the maintenance team

Some things that will support your application:

• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong focus on Health and Safety standards
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills - Customer centric approach
