Grounds Person / Turf Maintenance / Soft Landscaper

The majority of our work is based within housing developments in the growth areas of Melbourne. We do compensate for travel when travel is excessive. We complete a variety of different tasks so there is always something new.

Position: Garden Maintenance, Brush cutting, Soft Landscaping, Machine operation.

Location: various sites around Melbourne

Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform mowing and maintenance duties with precision and efficiency.
• Operate brush cutters, blowers and edgers safely and effectively.
• Assist in landscaping projects as needed.
• Assist with Large site cleans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn mowing or landscaping required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
