Groundskeeper

Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties. Under the direct supervision of the. Community Manager, Service Manager or assigned supervisor, they are responsible for physical condition of the Community

Essential Duties:

• Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner.
• Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas.
• Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas
• Care of assigned landscaping duties.
• Participate in an ongoing improvement plan.
• Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality Customer satisfaction.
• All other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to Company goals and values.
• Perform the tasks assigned in an orderly and timely manner.
• Be a good communicator and listener.
• General knowledge of grounds maintenance.
• Previous grounds experience.
• High School preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work a varying schedule which may include weekend shifts.
