Group Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Auto Group Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations across multiple dealerships in the Davao and General Santos areas. This includes leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and stakeholders. The goal is to increase dealership profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty while ensuring a high standard of performance and efficiency in both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage the sales teams in both Davao and Gensan dealerships to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Set clear performance objectives and sales goals for individual sales consultants and the entire team.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Davao and Gensan markets, considering local preferences, competition, and market trends.
- Ensure that all sales activities are aligned with the dealership’s overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous growth in vehicle sales, parts, and accessories.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and manufacturers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote the dealership’s reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and value.
- Inventory & Product Management:
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure that vehicle stock levels meet demand and customer preferences.
- Monitor product offerings and ensure that the sales team is knowledgeable about new models, features, promotions, and financing options.
- Ensure that all vehicles and accessories are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner in the dealership showroom.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Develop local marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to the dealerships and increase sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to organize events, test drive promotions, and other sales activities to attract customers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
- Budget & Financial Management:
- Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring cost-effective practices and maximizing profitability.
- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with other departments, including service, finance, and administration, to ensure smooth customer transactions and after-sales service.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to share best practices and align on overall company goals.
Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in sales for multiple locations or regional management is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Davao and General Santos markets and customer preferences is a strong advantage.

- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients, staff, and senior management.
- Time Management & Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (with a clean driving record).
- Must be willing to travel between the Davao and Gensan locations as required.
- Knowledge of the latest automotive technologies, trends, and financing options.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management software (e.g., CRM tools, inventory systems).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
