We are looking for a Growth Manager to join us in our Oslo office. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to realise the revenue potential that rests within the existing customer base. In the role as Growth Manager you will drive sales processes and build long-term sustainable relationships, mainly with HR, IT and Procurement stakeholders with our customers.

What you will do:
- Responsibility for driving sales activities in close collaboration with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for existing customers – primarily in Norway
- Drive sales by independently finding opportunities as well as based on leads from the CSM’s
- Contribute to team cross-sales budget together with Customer Success and VP Growth
- Drive strategic upsales to companies within the existing customer constellation that are currently not using CatalystOne
- Drive RFP’s from existing customers in Norway in collaboration with Bid Manager
- Drive the sales process after lead has been handed over from the CSM
- Support the CSM’s, share knowledge of business acumen, pricing strategies, negotiations and sales processes
- Build relationships with Procurement
- Build relationships with HR & IT-Managers together with CSM’s
- Contract negotiations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B Sales and/or Account Management
- Results orientated
- Comfortable and used to working to set KPIs and targets
- Negotiation skills
- Great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally
- Fluent in a Scandinavian language, as well as English
- Patience and persistence
- Ability to challenge customers without jeopardizing the relationship
- Ability to influence others and win them over
