About the Opportunity

Inner Circle Agency is partnering with a fast-growing, product-led team operating within the Solana ecosystem. We are working with very well-known, established companies in the Solana ecosystem. They are building developer-first, crypto-native products and are looking to add strong Marketing & Growth talent to support their next phase of growth.

This is not a narrow marketing role. The team is looking for high-ownership operators who can think strategically and execute hands-on across brand, growth, content, and product marketing.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in shaping how the product is positioned, communicated, and adopted. Working closely with founders, product, and design, you will help translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives that resonate with users, developers, and the broader ecosystem.

This role suits someone who enjoys building from the ground up, testing ideas quickly, and owning outcomes end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and growth initiatives across brand, content, and product marketing

• Craft clear, compelling narratives for technical and crypto-native products

• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design teams

• Support go-to-market efforts for product launches and feature releases

• Create and iterate on content across web, social, and community channels

• Translate complex concepts into accessible messaging for different audiences

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in marketing, growth, or product marketing

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Proven ability to simplify complex products and ideas

• High ownership mindset with a hands-on approach to execution

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving teams

• Crypto-native or genuinely curious about Web3 and DeFi

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting GTM launches or product marketing initiatives

• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or attribution

• Experience using modern tools such as Notion, Figma, or AI tools

• Background in fintech, trading platforms, or consumer apps

Relevant Backgrounds

• Web3 or crypto-native teams

• DeFi, trading, or blockchain infrastructure projects

• Fintech or financial products

• Consumer or creator-driven platforms
