SERRE NEW YORK is a luxury design brand offering long-lasting floral installations as an alternative to fresh flowers. Our work sits at the intersection of design, real estate, and lifestyle, created for spaces that value longevity, aesthetics, and operational ease.
We are intentionally building SERRE top-down — working with large-scale clients — while exploring scalable online growth with the right partner.
The Opportunity
We are opening a Growth Partner role for someone who wants to own and scale SERRE’s B2C online sales channel.
This is not a traditional job.
This is a chance to step into a brand with a strong aesthetic foundation, proven real-world demand, and untapped online upside.
If you can turn attention into revenue, this role is designed to reward you accordingly.
What You Would Own
You would have real ownership over online growth, including:
- Defining the B2C growth strategy (organic, paid, or hybrid)
- Translating SERRE’s luxury positioning into conversion-driven content
- Designing and testing funnels from interest → purchase
- Identifying what channels actually convert (and cutting what doesn’t)
- Tracking performance and making data-backed decisions
You are expected to operate with autonomy and conviction.
What This Is NOT
- Not an internship
- Not a content-only role
- Not hourly work
- Not micromanaged
This only works if you are comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
Compensation
- Revenue share on online sales you directly generate
- Performance-based upside with no cap
- Opportunity to grow into a long-term strategic partnership if traction is proven
Exact structure will be discussed after an initial trial period.
