Duties
- Lead and supervise the guest services team, including shift management and staff scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee event planning and management, coordinating with various departments to execute successful functions and entertainment experiences
- Implement and monitor service standards to deliver exceptional customer service consistently across all touchpoints
- Manage cash handling procedures, including transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity
- Write detailed reports on operational performance, guest feedback, incident documentation, and improvement initiatives
- Supervise guest interactions, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead onboarding and provide ongoing training to ensure staff development and service excellence
- Plan and execute events while creating engaging marketing content to promote the brand
- Develop and innovate new bubble tea flavors and specialty craft beverages
- Lead by example
Experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments
- Extensive customer service background within hospitality, resort, or restaurant settings emphasizing guest satisfaction
- Experience in shift management, cash handling, and report writing to support operational excellence
- Prior assistant manager or supervisory roles inhospitality venues preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and handle guest concerns professionally

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
