Job description

We are currently looking for a Guest Services Intern to join this stunning Eden Roc Cap Cana team today!

As a Guest Services Intern, supports different property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and manage guests within the lobby. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Anticipate and solve the needs of customers.
  • Speak with other people using clear and professional language, and prepare and review accurate and complete written documents, answer the phones using the appropriate label.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards.
  • Perform other reasonable work tasks as requested by supervisors.

Profile description

Education: High School Graduate or equivalent. Hotel Management Diploma / Degree an asset or in process.

Experience: Indistinct.

Technical Competencies & Skills: Knowledge of hotel products and services, Fluency in local language (Spanish), Fluency in English, Knowledge of another languages preferably.
