Resplendent Aesthetics is a premier medical aesthetics and wellness practice specializing in advanced hair restoration. Our mission is to enhance confidence and natural beauty through innovation, precision, and compassionate care.

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Hair Restoration Technician to join our growing team of surgical technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the provider during hair restoration procedures, including graft extraction, preparation, and implantation.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized surgical environment.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure support and patient education.
• Handle instruments, microscopes, and clinical devices with precision and care.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and clinical standards at all times.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, professionalism, and results.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Hair transplant technician is required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional demeanor and a passion for aesthetics.
• Certification or medical background is a plus, but it is not necessary (CMA, LPN, RN, or similar).

Schedule:

• Contract
• Day shift for Monday's surgery days, possibly to increase a second day.

Compensation:

• $400.00 – $600.00 per day (based on experience)
