Head Barista

Our Head Baristas are an integral part of our café management team and are responsible for driving standards among our dedicated team of Baristas in our cafés.

We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic individual for our Butlers Chocolate Café -Bray .

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Barista/Head Barista.
• Ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry
• An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
• Strong customer service ethic
• Experience in staff training
• Roster & Stock Control skills
• Retail experience an advantage
• Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• A positive, energetic & professional outlook.
