Head Bartender

About the Role

As Head Bartender, you play a key role in leading the bar team and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the highest level of service and quality. You are responsible for the daily operations of the bar, team performance, and the continued development of TAK’s bar concept.

You work closely with the Bar Manager and collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and elevated guest experience. Your role combines operational excellence, leadership, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work in the bar according to routines and service standards
• Ensure exceptional guest experience through presence, guidance, and service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well prepared bar environment at all times
• Coach, support, and give continuous feedback to your team
• Be responsible for stock levels, ordering, and overall bar readiness
• Collaborate with Bar Manager in developing TAK’s bar concept and creative direction
• Work closely with event and music curators to elevate the guest experience
• Contribute to team knowledge development and training

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leading role within bar or hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
• Deep understanding of service, quality, and guest experience
• Structured, solution oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Passion for drinks, creativity, and concept development
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Employment Type

This is a full time position. Flexibility is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working hours are adapted to ensure full operational responsibility of the role
