We’re now looking for a Head of AI to lead one of the most important transformations in Qliro’s history. This is a rare opportunity to shape how AI becomes a strategic engine for efficiency, innovation, and next-generation payments, not as a side initiative, but as a core driver of value across the entire business.

What you’ll do

• Set and lead Qliro’s AI strategy, adoption frameworks, and ethical/regulatory principles
• Identify, scope, and prioritize high-value AI use cases together with business stakeholders, ensuring clear ROI and shared P&L ownership
• Manage the AI roadmap, budget, and external vendor partnerships
• Drive company-wide adoption through training, hands-on enablement, and change leadership
• Build a long-term perspective on how AI will evolve Qliro’s technology architecture and reshape the future purchase experience
• Act as a cross-functional driver, working closely with teams across technology, operations, product, commercial, and more
• Report to the Chief Strategy Officer, taking a senior individual-contributor role with the potential to grow into building and leading a dedicated function over time

• Have strong project and change management skills, with a track record of driving execution across multiple stakeholders
• Understand how data flows, AI tools, and operational realities come together to deliver measurable impact
• Are an energetic, collaborative leader who inspires adoption and brings people along on the journey
• Thrive in fast-moving environments where you combine hands-on experimentation with long-term thinking
• If you have previous experience from driving initiatives within AI from top tier management consultancy companies, this is highly beneficial
