Are you a visionary leader in talent consulting about driving business growth and delivering cutting-edge people insights? SHL is looking for a Managing Consultant, Head of Professional Services to drive our Southeast Asia team in Singapore, and we would love to hear from you. In this pivotal role, you will steer the strategic direction of our Professional Services (PS) function, overseeing a high-performing team of consultants and project managers. What you will be doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Head of Southeast Asia to define and develop the business strategy for Professional Services, identifying new market opportunities and service innovations
• Commercial & Delivery Excellence: Drive PS revenue and improve delivery operations through disciplined project management, accurate forecasting, and effective resource allocation
• Team Inspiration: Drive and coach a diverse team of senior consultants and project managers, fostering a high-performance culture and provisioning their ongoing professional development
• Client & Brand Advocacy: Act as an executive sponsor for critical projects and a thought leader in the market, representing SHL at industry events to enhance our brand presence
• Expert Consulting: Serve as a senior subject matter expert in job analysis, assessment design, and Organizational Psychology to solve complex client objections

What we are looking for from you:

• Bsc or Masters degree in psychology in relevant discipline
• Deep knowledge of talent assessment, data analytics, and organizational psychology trends.
• Proven professional services leadership, driving commercial growth within a consulting environment.
• Strong aptitude to identify business opportunities and oversee P&L/revenue targets effectively.
• Experience to engage and influence executive stakeholders and represent the SHL brand
