Head Of Sales

Drink Botanicals is a highly innovative, award-winning company selling premium natural syrups, garnishes and botanicals to the drinks industry and consumers in Ireland, the Uk and further afield.

We’ve grown rapidly and are now looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead further growth.

What you’ll be doing:

The focus of the role will be on developing our B2B sales within the hospitality and retail sectors in the UK and Ireland.

- You’ll research and identify suitable hospitality groups and premium specialist retailers in the UK and Ireland. You’ll then manage the full sales process from initial approach through to negotiating contracts and ongoing account management.

- You’ll work with our existing distributors, partners and retail network and manage these relationships for growth.

- You’ll support our CEO with developing strategies for launching new products and in developing marketing and promotional activities

- You’ll evaluate and report on sales progress and attend weekly sales meetings with our CEO.

- The role will be based in our Dublin offices with time spent on the road with customers in the UK, Ireland and potentially further afield.

Who we are looking for:

You will be a highly ambitious and self-motivated sales professional with a can-do attitude and a team-orientated way of working who wants to grow with our Company. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and good commercial acumen.

In terms of experience you will have:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales role targeting relevant customer types (e.g. high-end hotel and bar chains/groups, speciality food retailers etc.)

- Experience in dealing with C-Level management and selling to key decision makers

- A strong network of existing contacts within high-end hospitality/ retail in Uk and Ireland.

What we’re offering:

- An attractive overall package with a salary of €70-80k negotiable with significant performance-related additional pay.

- An excellent opportunity for the right person to help shape the future growth of Drink Botanicals with potential to become a Company Director as the business grows.

- This role can be tailored to be part-time or full-time depending on your experience and availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Performance bonus
