As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Technology to shape and lead our Technology vision and strategy. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure our technology capability support the firm's strategic priorities, enhance operational performance, and deliver exceptional experiences for both clients and employees.

Technology is a critical enabler of Vincents' future growth, innovation and competitive advantage. As Head of Technology, you will lead the firm's technology vision, ensuring our platforms, data, cyber security, governance and technology investments support our long-term business strategy.

Operating at an executive level, you will influence firm-wide decision-making, provide strategic advice to the Board and Executive Leadership Team, and ensure technology is positioned as a true business enabler.

Over the next three years, Vincents will continue investing in platform modernisation, data and analytics, cyber resilience, automation, AI and scalable digital solutions that enhance both the client and employee experience. This is an opportunity to shape that future.

What you’ll do

Develop and lead Vincents' technology strategy, roadmap and investment priorities, ensuring alignment with the firm's growth ambitions and long-term objectives.

Leverage technical expertise, commercial acumen and stakeholder influence to build alignment across the Board, Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders around technology initiatives that deliver sustainable business value, scalability and competitive advantage.

Act as the firm's trusted adviser on technology, cyber security, data, innovation and emerging technologies, providing commercially focused strategic guidance.

Lead technology governance, risk, compliance and resilience frameworks, ensuring technology investments and risks are effectively managed.

Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including the adoption of data, automation, AI and digital solutions that improve efficiency and create business value.

Build and manage strategic technology partnerships, vendor relationships and investment decisions to maximise performance and return on investment.

Lead and develop a high-performing technology function through the Technology Manager and broader team, fostering innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

Strategic Technology Leadership – Proven success leading technology complex strategy, transformation and modernisation programs at scale that deliver measurable business outcomes and support organisational growth.

Executive Influence & Commercial Acumen – Demonstrated ability to influence Boards, CEOs and executive leaders, constructively challenging thinking and building commitment around technology decisions that deliver long-term business value. Able to distil complex technology opportunities, risks and investments into clear, commercially grounded recommendations that support strategic decision-making and growth.

Cyber Security, Governance & Risk Management – Strong experience overseeing cyber security, privacy, business continuity, technology governance and regulatory compliance within complex organisational environments.

Enterprise Platforms & Digital Transformation – Demonstrated experience leading large-scale platform, ERP, CRM or practice management system implementations, upgrades or optimisation initiatives.

Data, AI & Innovation – Strong understanding of data strategy, automation, AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities that improve business outcomes.

People Leadership & Capability Development – A track record of building, mentoring and empowering high-performing teams while effectively managing external partners and service providers.

Change Leadership – Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption and successfully lead organisational change.
