We're growing fast and we're looking for a Head of Wholesale to grow with us. Someone with a deal-maker mentality who can open new doors, enter new markets, and build the commercial engine that takes Studio Noos to the next level internationally.
Head of Wholesale
Our wholesale business is growing, but the biggest opportunity is still ahead of us. Markets like France and the UK are ready to be developed further, and there are new key accounts and strategic partnerships waiting to be unlocked. That's where you come in. You'll be the strategic and commercial lead for our entire B2B channel owning the strategy, the targets, the team, and the deals.
Responsibilities
Hold full strategic and commercial responsibility for the B2B/wholesale channel end-to-end.
Own wholesale revenue and all related KPIs, with full accountability for results vs. budgets.
Develop and implement the growth strategy for all wholesale channels direct accounts, agents, and distributors in line with Studio Noos' broader business vision.
Drive new business: actively open new markets, acquire new key accounts, and close strategic deals and partnerships.
Lead international expansion, with a focus on France and the UK, and identifying the next growth markets.Source, negotiate, contract, and manage agents and distributors across markets.
Monitor and report performance vs. budgets directly to the founder.
Set overall strategy and targets in close alignment with the founder for existing markets.
Lead and develop the wholesale team.
Your profile
6+ years of experience in a senior wholesale or B2B sales role, ideally within consumer lifestyle, fashion, or a fast-growing product brand.
A proven deal-maker: you've opened new markets, built wholesale channels, and closed partnerships that actually moved the needle.
International experience comfortable navigating different markets, retail landscapes, and commercial cultures.
Strategic and hands-on. You can set the vision and execute it.
Experience sourcing and managing agents and distributors across multiple markets.
You've led a team before and know how to attract, develop, and retain commercial talent.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Based in Amsterdam or happy to be.
