Job Description

Karo is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for flexible agency shifts across Dublin.

This is agency-based work supporting healthcare services across a range of settings throughout Dublin.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare and social care teams
  • Maintain professional standards of care at all times
  • Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and care standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months professional experience as a Healthcare Assistant
  • QQI Level 5 in: Care Skills & Care of the Elderly
  • Right to work in Ireland
  • Ability to complete all required compliance documentation

Compliance and Onboarding

All candidates must complete compliance checks in accordance with Irish healthcare regulations prior to commencing work. Karo’s compliance team will provide clear guidance and ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.
