About the Role:
We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming voice and face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll ensure every interaction—whether by phone or in person—is smooth, professional, and supportive. This position plays a critical role in managing appointments, verifying insurance details, updating patient information, and assisting with general inquiries to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to patients, assisting them through check-in and registration.
- Accurately confirm, update, and maintain patient records, including insurance information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, as well as make reminder and follow-up calls.
- Manage a high volume of daily calls (approximately 600–800 inbound, 100–200 outbound).
- Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date provider schedules.
- Secure insurance authorizations and approvals as required.
- Organize and manage patient information within the clinic’s EHR/EMR system.
- Assist patients with forms and clearly explain processes, procedures, and next steps.
- Direct calls and messages to appropriate departments; handle appointment cancellations and no-shows efficiently.
- Process incoming faxes and follow up on referrals in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional, compassionate service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems, Microsoft Office, and data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Basic math skills, including working with percentages and fractions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
