Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Source, attract, and engage top healthcare talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen applications and resumes to find the best candidates, ensuring they meet the qualifications and cultural fit
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Perform reference checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure they meet our high standards
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering their questions and keeping them informed
• Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new hires
• Stay ahead of industry trends, always striving to improve your recruitment skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools
• Excellent networking, sourcing, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to start immediately.
