Help Desk It Technician

We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Helpdesk IT Technician to provide technical support and assistance to users across hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations by troubleshooting problems, providing step-by-step solutions, and escalating when needed.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
• Customer-focused with a calm and patient approach

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Install and configure software, drivers, and updates
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets
• Escalate complex problems to higher-tier support or external vendors
• Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with IT setups

Tools or Software Required:

• Remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn)
• Ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk)
• Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
• Basic networking tools (ping, tracert, VPN setup, etc.)
• Antivirus and endpoint security software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
