- Computer troubleshooting and application/user support.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite and Windows 10/11
- Basic hardware knowledge of desktops, laptops, and printers
- Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills
- HS diploma or equivalent required. Actively enrolled in a degree program. Minimum 3-4 years of completed college coursework in the fields in a technical field, such as of IT, mechanical, electrical, material science, industrial or aerospace engineering.
- Previous experience with desktop or desk-side support is a plus.
