We’re looking for a dedicated Helpline Representative to be the first point of contact for individuals and organizations passionate about reforestation and sustainability. If you’re enthusiastic about making a difference and love connecting with people, this is the role for you!
Your Role:
As a Helpline Representative, you will:
- Answer calls and inquiries from individuals, partners, and organizations about Gaia Reforestation’s projects and initiatives.
- Provide accurate information about our reforestation programs, donation opportunities, and volunteer activities.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving concerns related to donations, participation, or project updates.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications, ensuring exceptional service.
- Keep detailed records of interactions to improve customer engagement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the outreach and operations teams to stay informed on the latest project developments.
- Act as an ambassador for Gaia Reforestation, promoting our mission and values at every interaction.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A passion for environmental sustainability and reforestation.
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or helpline roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Proficiency in using call management systems and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and French) is a strong asset.

Pay: $63,804.23-$73,969.95 per year
