Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Job description:

Located at 33 Phila Street in Saratoga Springs, Herbie's Burgers is a fast-casual counter service restaurant serving smash burgers made from 100% grass fed organic beef, french fries, and shakes. Herbie's also offers a vegan version for everything on our menu. We're a late night restaurant (taking orders until 2am every day of the week!) so we're looking for people who are down to stay up!

We're looking to put together a crew of motivated, reliable Team Members to perform essential duties in many different areas within the restaurant, including the front counter, fry station, and grill. We're looking for people who can provide friendly, fast and accurate service in order to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift (up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks)
• Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment
• Tolerance to temperature fluctuations
• Work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
• Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
• Communicate clearly
• Use a basic computer system (ex. cash register)
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
• Adhere to Company’s policies and procedures, as well as City, State, and Federal laws and mandates
