You will be working within a professional remote team environment with paid training, clear systems, and long-term progression opportunities for strong performers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing high-volume written conversations across digital platforms
• Building rapport and maintaining strong audience engagement
• Applying structured retention, conversion, and upselling systems
• Following internal workflows, scripts, and performance frameworks
• Working independently while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency
• Reading conversational cues and adapting communication in real time

• Strong written communication skills
• Fast typing speed and confidence handling multiple conversations
• Sales-minded thinking and good emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently and stay productive remotely
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Reliable desktop or laptop computer
